Job Description:
Role Summary:
At Axalta, our HR Admin is responsible for supporting the HR area with the administrative functions such as invoicing, communication and administrative. To be successful in this role, the incumbent will need to be approachable, work well with people at all levels, and demonstrate superior interpersonal and communication skills. The incumbent must be proactive and possess the ability to assist, plan, coordinate, lead, and initiate action when appropriate. One must have the ability to multi-task with excellent execution.

Principal Accountabilities:
Own the end-to-end effective delivery and proactive management of administrative and invoicing responsibilities:

Invoicing: Generation, processing, managing and follow up to the HR payments.

Large meeting scheduling and logistics,

Coordinate complex travel arrangements and process expense reports

invoice generation and processing,

office supply orders,

Perform miscellaneous administrative activities as assigned

additional administrative duties, as needed

Perform communication work tasks in the different sites

Organizes and maintains confidential files and records as necessary.

Job Complexity:

• Supports a dynamic, international, multi-country/product operation partnering with the business
• English and Spanish required

Job Specifications (Knowledge, skills and abilities normally required for competent performance in the job)

Advance skills in Microsoft Office Suite

Expert software skills for creating high volume of high quality documents, spreadsheets and presentations quickly, based on limited input from manager

Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline driven environment

Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion

Strong problem-solving, customer service and decision-making capabilities

Highly motivated, high-energy, business-oriented team player
