Position Overview:
We are seeking a
dynamic
and organized Appointment Scheduler to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments for our sales representatives and ensuring a seamless scheduling process. Your exceptional
communication skills
and
attention to detail
will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm appointments for sales consultations with customers.
Maintain and update the appointment calendar to ensure optimal scheduling.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide information about our products.
Work closely with the sales team to coordinate schedules and follow up on leads.
Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts.
Provide administrative support as needed to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in a scheduling or administrative role, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
