Your new role
As the administration officer you will:
Providing administrative assistance in the management of applications, scanning, receipting and processing of correspondence.
Provide customer service both by telephone and face-to-face and respond to enquiries from clients and members of the public
Operate the computerised case management system and use Microsoft Office applications in the preparation of correspondence.
Undertake attendant duties
What you’ll need to succeed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility in meeting changing priorities.
Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment.
Experience providing general administrative support.
