In this 12-month contract position, you will be part of the Parks and Recreation Department, focusing on administrative support for the Aquatics and Fitness Division. Your responsibilities will include clerical tasks, program scheduling, staffing support, and managing training documentation. You will maintain compliance records and operational reports, contributing to the effectiveness of aquatic and fitness programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to supervisory staff
• Maintain training and certification records for staff
• Track operational data and compile reports
• Process invoices and manage purchase orders
• Assist with front-line customer service inquiries
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of administrative experience
• Post-secondary diploma in a related field preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
