Role Description
This is a remote / hybrid internship role for an A&R Admin at TEN88. You will support administrative and creative A&R functions across our network of 70 clients, including both artists and producers.
Your role will focus on organizing audio files, maintaining structured beat libraries, creating and sending beat packs from our producers to artists within the TEN88 label roster and external artist partners for placement opportunities, and organizing and sharing our sync library with sync partners and music supervisors for sync placements.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of music and current sounds
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive and eager to grow
- Comfortable with digital tools
- Experience with Dropbox, Untitled, Disco and WeTransfer
- Passion for music and working with creative
