AR/AP/Admin Clerk

Location: Tamarac, Florida
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (or 7:30 AM–4:00 PM)
Employment: Full-Time | No Overtime
Pay Range: $22–$24 per hour

Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable

  • Process daily invoicing for all customers with speed and accuracy
  • Maintain A/R aging, apply payments, reconcile RMAs, and manage cash receipts
  • Resolve outstanding receivables and past-due balances with customers
  • Maintain customer master data and resale certificates in ERP
  • Produce A/R reports to support month-end closing

Accounts Payable

  • Process and voucher vendor invoices accurately and on time
  • Complete 3‑way matching and collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with weekly payment runs and vendor follow-up
  • Maintain vendor master data, COIs, and W‑9 records
  • Generate A/P reports to support month-end closing

Office Administration

  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and materials
  • Serve as point of contact for office equipment maintenance
  • Keep lobby and conference areas organized and presentable
  • Assist with planning company events and supporting front office operations
  • Provide general office support to ensure a smooth and efficient environment

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of AR and/or AP experience
  • High school diploma required;
    Associate/Bachelor’s in Business preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
  • Comfortable working in ERP systems (Infor Syteline preferred)
  • Strong communication skills—written and verbal
  • Reliable, detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively
