On behalf of our client, a well-established international private bank we are looking for an Assistant Private Banking to join their team in Dubai speaking German OR French.
In this challenging role your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Providing customer-related and other admin support to relationship managers
- Handling client documentation and presentations
- Client on-boarding process, KYC
- Maintaining client data, handling the correspondence and telephone calls
- Banking operations processing (payments, trades)
The successful candidate will hold the following qualities:
- 2-15 years of previous experience as ARM in private banking or wealth management in international bank
- University Degree in Finance, Business or Economics
- Previous experience in a Private Bank is a plus
- Strong communication and administration skills, ability to work under pressure
- Stable employment history
- German OR French speaker
