Location: Town of Texas
Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a leading global law firm with offices across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire two Litigation Paralegals reporting to the Paralegal Manager. These roles will support a national team of attorneys and paralegals.
Based in our Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, or Washington office, this position offers a flexible, hybrid work arrangement—working 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of asbestos cases, including discovery, tracking case-related deadlines, and trial preparation.
Maintain and update databases.
Review and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence.
Experience/
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
Detail-oriented, motivated, creative, and capable of managing multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
Adaptability, independence, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Self-motivated with good judgment, time management, and teamwork skills.
Commitment to excellent client service and effective communication with clients and staff at all levels.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Prior litigation paralegal experience, including claim intake and case management, is highly desirable.

Salary ranges vary by location: in Los Angeles, CA: $64,700–$103,475; in Chicago, IL: $59,300–$94,850; in Washington, D.C.: $62,000–$99,200.
