Role Description The Assistant role at UK Property Direct is a full-time, on-site position based in Poole. The Assistant will support daily operations, including responding to customer inquiries, updating property listings, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. This role will assist with coordinating communication between private owners, estate agents, and internal teams, ensuring timely follow-up and high-quality customer service. The Assistant will help prepare basic reports, organize documentation, and support marketing and administrative activities related to property listings and portal content. The position requires consistent on-site presence to collaborate with colleagues, handle office tasks, and contribute to a smooth and efficient workflow.
Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including data entry, document management, and attention to detail.
  • Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to respond clearly and professionally to inquiries by phone, email, and online channels.
  • Basic digital literacy, including proficiency with office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and web-based platforms.
  • Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple property listings, requests, and tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on-site with a small team, demonstrating reliability, accountability, and a proactive approach.
  • Interest in the property or real estate sector; prior experience in an office, customer service, or property-related environment is beneficial.
  • GCSEs or equivalent education; further training or qualifications in administration, customer service, or business are an advantage.
