The Assistant Account Manager supports the Account Managers in handling client accounts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining client relationships, and assisting with
project coordination
. This role involves administrative tasks like contract preparation, managing reports, and uploading documents.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist with system updates for customer accounts
Prepare account contracts
Print and bind reports
Scan and upload documents
Maintain and build aging report to collect on past due invoices
Contact existing clients at renewal time to offer additional services for potential upselling
Send deficiency proposals
Submit red tag submittals
Process liens
Send demand letters as needed
Prepare and mail notices for cancellations
Collaborate with other Pye-Barker branches to collect pricing for deficiencies
Other duties as assigned
Education &
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative setting
Ability to work well in a team environment
Must possess strong customer service skills
Display strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft
Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy
Excel Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required
