Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent support to our staff and clients.
Duties
Manage office operations, including maintaining filing systems and office supplies
Coordinate and manage calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel
Utilize Google Suite & Office365 for document creation, data management, and communication
Assist with clerical duties such as data entry, record keeping, and report preparation
Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and visitors
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support team objectives
Requirements
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Google Suite & Office365 and general computer literacy
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Familiarity with phone systems and professional communication etiquette
Previous experience as an executive assistant is preferred but not mandatory
