Office Assistant/Administrator
Local company seeking mature, detail oriented front office assistant who is highly organized and proactive to assist in the day-to-day operations of our office. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
Oversee clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained when interacting with clients and vendors.
Maintains physical and digital filing systems
Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel
Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities
Presents a positive and professional image for the organization
Track, organize & code incoming bills
Skills:
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
· Data management and entry skills, including the ability to maintain and improve filing systems
· Time management, multitasking, and flexibility
· Organizational skills
· Accuracy and attention to detail
· Interpersonal skills, professional and courteous demeanor, excellent office and phone etiquette and communication skills
· Ability to work well under pressure and navigate multiple deadlines
Education & Experience Requirements:
· High school diploma
· Two years’ experience in an office setting
· General Construction Industry experience preferred but not required
· Proficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems
Work Hours & Benefits:
o Pay depends on experience and skills
