Responsibilities

Full spectrum of Admin (Fleet Management, Insurance renewal, premis and business license renewal, Utilities bills, Housekeeping/cleaning monitoring, Overall Office Management, Basic Accounts, Maintenance/upkeep of premises, General Purchases, Cost monitoring & Social Media updates)

Coordination of events and workshops/team building

Ensure accounts receivable are properly recorded and entered into computerised accounting system.

Support day to day resort and cafe operation (POS system, tally daily transaction)

Delivery of pleasant staying experience to our customers

Monthly reporting

Liaising with internal and external vendors/suppliers

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in accounting /finance/LCCI or any related field with 3 years working experience is an added advantage.

Able to work independently and have multitasking abilities.

Possess positive working attitude, good communications and writing skills.

Willing to relocate or work in Tanarimba, Janda Baik. Staff accommodation with facilities is provided.
