Overview

We are seeking a full time, permanent position for our tax practice.

A day in the life of a Tax Administrative Assistant:

You will be responsible for supporting the department’s administrative activities:

Manage and coordinate the billing process and prepare invoices;

Manage and prepare engagement letters;

Reviewing and finalizing various documents;

Opening and maintaining clients files;

Generating reports in Deltek;

Managing expense reimbursements;

Involvement in the management for internal training;

Coordinating communications; and

Any other related tasks.

Your qualifications

Post-secondary education in administration or similar relevant work experience required

1-3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, professional services environment

French is a must, English is considered an asset.

Experience in a professional service firm an asset.

Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point

Experience in Deltek is an asset

Strong typing and organizational skills

Detail-oriented and critical thinking a must

Ability to prioritize work in order to meet deadlines

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and with frequent interruptions.

Must be able to work efficiently in a team environment with a positive and collaborative attitude

Must be able to demonstrate initiative and proactivity.

Accountable for the quality and timely completion of work assigned.

Flexibility to work overtime when required

Document management skills an asset

SharePoint knowledge is an asset
