Responsibilities

Provide administration and facilities management services, including but not limited to arrange office supplies, logistics arrangement, office renovation, equipment, procurement, and maintenance as well as company’s activities and staff events

Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations

Negotiate and coordinate with vendors and services providers

Maintain e-filing system for documentation control in an organized and efficient manner

Review office admin workflow and internal procedures from time to time to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

Organize staff activities and company events such as Annual Dinner & Christmas Party etc.

Assist in preparing annual administrative budget and regular reports upon request

Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Admin Manager

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related disciplines

Minimum 5 – 8 years of solid office administration experiences gained from sizeable companies preferably listed companies

A team player with good negotiation and leadership skills; self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills; and able to work independently

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus
