Duties

Greet visitors and clients in a manner representing the company’s brand
Manage incoming calls through phone systems, ensuring prompt and professional customer support.
Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing appointment schedules and office supplies.
Oversees operations, develops and implements company policies.
Maintain client records and manage employees as required.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Assist with administrative tasks including correspondence, report generation, and maintaining records.
Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and improve customer service experiences.

Experience

Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
Familiarity with Sage and phone systems is advantageous.
Experience in a construction settings is a plus but not required.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
