Rise is hiring Assistant Administrators to join our Scheduling team at Rise Head Office (Middle Swan). This is a 7.6-hour day role working Monday, Wednesday and Friday (possible flexibility on days) with hybrid work-from-home.
This role plays a key part in keeping services running smoothly. It’s admin-focused, but heavily centred around client communication. If you’re confident handling calls and enjoy helping people, you’ll fit right in.
👉🏼 The role in a nutshell
- Acting as a first point of contact for scheduling enquiries, answering and making calls to clients, staff, and stakeholders
- Handling inbound calls and voicemails, responding or directing enquiries efficiently
- Making outbound calls to relay updates and confirm details
- Recording accurate information in systems and keeping data up to date
- Supporting with general admin, data entry, and document management
- Assisting with meeting prep, notes, and basic coordination tasks
- Contributing to process improvements and keeping things running smoothly
👉🏼 What You’ll Bring
- Previous admin experience (or similar)
- Confidence and professionalism on the phone, this is a core part of the role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, confidently, and in an approachable manner
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain strong attention to detail in a busy environment
- Comfortable using systems (Microsoft Office + databases)

Appointments to this position require an NDIS worker screening check. Costs for new checks will be covered and/or reimbursed by Rise.
