Essential Functions:
ï‚· Manage, coordinate, and prepare communications and act as liaison with offices
nationwide.
ï‚· Direct contact with CFO and executive management team.
ï‚· Plan and coordinate meetings and events (logistics, prepare meeting
materials/documents).
ï‚· Prepare and distribute presentations, reports, proposals, spreadsheets, correspondence,
and other documents.
ï‚· Maintain detailed real estate documents requiring high levels of accuracy.
ï‚· Download and save monthly AP reports from MRI (Accounting Software).
ï‚· Help put together deliverables to lenders and investors, including drafting
letters/documents and collecting and analyzing information.
ï‚· Performing and completing ad hoc requests/projects as needed
ï‚· The candidate needs to be highly motivated, very organized, and professional, with
strong interpersonal and IT skills.
ï‚· Help manage the front desk and answer calls.
ï‚· Process all incoming mails from USPS, FedEx, and UPS
ï‚· Schedule Messenger service
ï‚· Order office supplies and snacks and make sure the kitchen is clean and restored end of
each day.
ï‚· Assist with deposits and payables.
ï‚· Help enter time for attorneys.
ï‚· Scanning and renaming documents
Qualifications:
ï‚· Strong written and verbal communication and personable skills
ï‚· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
ï‚· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
ï‚· Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
ï‚· Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
ï‚· A proactive problem-solver who can prioritize multiple projects at once
