Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Transaction Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing transactions from inception to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely. This role requires exceptional time management skills, proficiency in Google Suite, and a strong customer service orientation. The Transaction Coordinator will serve as a vital link between clients and the internal team, facilitating smooth communication and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all aspects of transaction processes, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Maintain accurate records and files for all transactions using QuickBooks and other software.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
Handle calendar management to schedule appointments and meetings effectively.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and team members.
Assist in filing, typing, and organizing documents related to transactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless transaction processing.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably as a Transaction Coordinator or similar position.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
