Overall Purpose of the Job:
The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical support to the medical team working out of a clinic setting within an industrial client facility. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for scheduling appointments, conducting client intakes, file maintenance and patient correspondence.
This is a PRN Weekend Coverage in-person role within the Gregory, TX area.
Key Responsibilities:
Make appointments for the personnel attending the clinic
Register personnel visiting the facility for consultation
Prepare required files
Manage and control the completion and filing of medical records
Prepared correspondence and reports
Maintain training records
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma
2 years of experience clerical and/or administrative assistant experience.
