Assistant Director of Restaurant Operations – No Nights! No Weekends! Hybrid!
The Assistant Director of Restaurant Operations will provide comprehensive support to the leadership team with a primary focus on one location but with occasional responsibilities across our other restaurant venues. This hybrid role blends operational, administrative, and strategic support to ensure smooth day-to-day functions and long-term efficiency. Most work will be onsite, with flexibility for some remote tasks. This role requires excellent collaboration, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Support basic financial tracking and reporting functions
Manage scheduling, payroll processes and coordination
Provide marketing support and content assistance
Perform administrative tasks and general office support
Maintain calendars, email, and oversee task management systems
Organize and manage a cloud-based file system
Handle pre-shift duties such as updating and printing menus
Manage and program the restaurant Point-of-Sale (POS) system
Collaborate with restaurant managers and team members
Qualifications
Previous high-level experience in restaurant operations, hospitality, or administrative roles
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Proficiency with digital tools (e.g., cloud file systems, calendar/task apps, POS systems)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and adaptable to evolving responsibilities
Availability to work onsite most days, with some remote flexibility
