Job Description

Job Purpose: Handle general office administration matters related toSGN Office. Primarily responsible for assisting the Department Head in planning, developing and implementing personneladministration programs to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Office Administration

Ensure the compliance with all administrative policies.

Ensure all contacted vendors, contracts are reviewed and input in the Master file correctly and timely manner.

HR Administration

Maintain up to date knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Submit SI, HI & UI reports, as required by the gov, SI organization.

Build & maintain relationship with universities.

Work with Dept Heads to identify resource needs for short & medium term.

Screen resumes and do joint-interviews with Dept Heads

Deliver training to New Hires on company policy, time keeping policy and district practices.

Coordinate training, analyze districts training needs & monitor training completions

Communicate to employees regarding their inquiries about time keeping issues, benefits and company policies.

Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Supporting Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Act as back-up person for other positions in the team as per HOD’s assignment at every point of time.

Support HOD to develop & maintain a Skills Matrix table for the whole District.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent qualifications

Priority for candidate with background in Human Resources (HR)

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR

Good writing and spoken in English and Vietnamese, strong writing skills in administrative procedures.

Basic knowledge of Human Recourse Management.
