We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Order Entry Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering customer orders into our system and ensuring the smooth processing and fulfillment of each order.

As an Order Entry Specialist, you will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order entry. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating customer records, resolving any order-related issues or discrepancies, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Accurately enter customer orders into the system
Review orders for completeness and accuracy
Coordinate with the sales team to clarify any missing or unclear information
Update and maintain customer records in the database
Communicate with customers to confirm order details and resolve any issues or discrepancies
Collaborate with the shipping and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Provide exceptional customer service support and address customer inquiries in a timely manner

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in order entry or data entry
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Previous experience working in a customer service role is a plus
