Job Purpose

This position supports the Head of F&B by handling daily administrative tasks, ensuring accurate documentation of budgets, assets, and safety standards. It also involves maintaining recipe data for food cost control and supporting compliance with food safety and workplace safety procedures.

Job Responsibilities

Ensures standard recipes are correct and documented into the system to provide food cost of recipes and to ensure that the production of food by the kitchens are prepared according to recipes to maintain high quality standards

Ensures that the outlet chefs orders of fresh products and requisites of dry products and kitchen supplies are prepared within the time frame and forwarded to Executive Chef for approval and purchasing department to process the orders

Ensures that all required safe handling procedures for perishable and nonperishable food products are updated and information is channel to the outlet chefs and kitchens to guarantee maximum health safety

Ensures that all required documents on kitchen work area cleanliness and safety conditions, equipment’s care is channel to the outlet chefs and kitchens to guarantee maximum sanitation and kitchen safety conditions

Responsible for the office and HR administration of the F&B kitchen with Executive Chef, Head F&B and HR Department

Responsible along with the relevant chefs to maintain, collect and have correct documented recordings and data In place to maintain ISO certification and ESH related matters

Requirements

Minimum SPM or relevant Certificate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

1 to 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry.

Proficient in data entry, record keeping, and using computer systems to manage information accurately.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and compliance.

Good communication skills to liaise effectively within the department and across other teams.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
