POSITION: Scheduling Coordinator

OnSight PROS is an established and thriving third party property reporting company. We provide property reports for property managers. Property Reports include move-in reports, move-out reports, and periodic reports. These reports allow property managers to protect their businesses while saving time and money.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Scheduling Coordinator, your responsibilities include answering inbound calls and making outbound calls daily to schedule property reports for property managers. The position requires problem-solving skills and involves working in a team-oriented environment. Scheduling Coordinators must be flexible in learning new roles if the opportunity arises.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Answering inbound calls
Respectful, empathetic, and Professional demeanor to create a positive experience.
Troubleshooting issues for Technicians that are out on the field
calling tenants to schedule property reports
Attention to detail-making adequate notes on orders

responding to emails
returning voicemails
responding to Text
communicating to all team members at all times and being a team player.
Must be available to work Saturdays
Attendance and punctuality are critical to this role.
must have reliable internet
PC with 8GB of RAM or more.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $10.00 per hour

Schedule (Training)

Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm CST

Saturday availability is required

Education:

High school or equivalent (Required)
Collage is a plus

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)

Day Shift (Required)
