We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Assist scheduling and coordinating construction activities.
Maintain organized project documentation, including contracts and permits.
Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and clerical tasks.
Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering inquiries.

Experience

Previous experience in a construction environment or as a personal assistant is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel and Word) is required.
Organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
