Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?
Manage the Running Incident Report by updating open claims through completion
Manage Monthly Reports
Receive, audit, and log vendor invoices
Receive, submit, track and manage claims through subrogation
Coordinate repairs or site visits between clients and subcontractors
Instruct Employees on ‘Next Steps’ upon receiving a new claim notification
Collect and gather all necessary information on GL Losses such as photos, videos, police reports, estimates, etc.
Maintain and produce reports as requested by Leadership
Perform quality control calls to customers.
Administrative Tasks
Qualifications:
Do I Have What It Takes?
Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills proficiency.
Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication Skills
Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
High Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Lists, etc.)
Create Pivots, data tables, graphs, and PowerPoints
Work directly within our database to reach out to customers and review jobs.
Project management skills are a plus.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
Remain seated for long periods of time in an office setting.
Ability to lift 10lb on occasion.
Ability to verbally communicate in person, writing, or over the phone.
Ability to hear communication from customers, vendors and employees.
Ability to transition between working stations.
