Location of Posting: Kalinganagar, Odisha

Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (Renewal on a yearly basis)

Reporting Relationship: Assistant Manager/Manager-Administration—> Lead, Workplace Ecosystems

Purpose of the Role: Support the organization in its efforts to make each workspace efficient, vibrant & sustainable, while acting as a pivotal medium for its people to operate effectively, in pursuance of a shared vision.

Key Deliverables:

Execute plans to improve workplace management services (facilities, maintenance, renovation, travel logistics, etc.,) in respective states.

Ensure necessary arrangements are made to allocate convenient workspaces for all people resources.

Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material in line with budgetary provisions.

Ensure adherence to policies & regulations and maintenance of MIS.

Evaluate support services, identifying needs, anticipating problems faced by internal customers and developing corrective action plans for their timely resolution.

Oversee and coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations across the assigned locations.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely repairs and maintenance of office facilities.

Ensure travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and related logistics are managed smoothly.

Track progress and submit reports periodically.

Supervise execution of office renovation in coordination with lead workplace ecosystems and civil engineers.

Evaluate support services, identifying needs and take regular feedback.

Allocation of workspaces.

Managing office safety and inventory to maintain efficient workflow.

Organizing meetings, workshops, events, etc.

Providing general administrative support to various teams as needed.

Budgeting and expense monitoring.

Minimum Qualification:

For Assistant Manager role – Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.

For Manager – Master’s Degree or equivalent in any stream.

Work experience in years: 0-3 Years for Assistant Manager/ 3+ Years for Manager.

Candidates must be able to read & write in Odia Language.
