Job Responsibility
Assist with day to day operation of the HR functions and duties.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
Assist in payroll preparation.
Maintaining employee records, including personal information, job details, training records.
Entering and updating employee data in the HR information system, generating reports, and assisting with system maintenance.
Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Executive.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1- 2 years of relevant human resources/administrative position.
Fresh graduate who is keen to learn business processes is encouraged to apply.
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of labor law.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision, hardworking, honest & mature.
Pleasant personality and positive working attitudes, good team player, responsible, self-discipline, and dedication to work.
Capable to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
Possess good interpersonal skills and able to communicate well with all level of staff
