Flint McGlaughlin, CEO of MeclabsAI LLC, is seeking a dedicated Executive Administrator. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with Flint, one of the pioneers of conversion optimization with over 25 years of experience. This position is remote and offers a competitive salary and benefits.

The Role

As an Executive Administrator, you’ll play a role in providing comprehensive support to the CEO and managing key projects across the organization. You will be a critical link between various teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and timely completion of projects.

What you will be doing:

Facilitate and streamline McGlaughlin’s workflow by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Assist in preparation for internal and external meetings, including creating agendas and arranging logistics.
Handle confidential and non-routine information with discretion.
Act as the liaison for the CEO with internal employees and external organizations.
Coordinate and manage Flint McGlaughlin’s extensive dictations, ensuring accurate transcription and timely dissemination to relevant parties.
