General Admin duties such as:

Serve as receptionist including answering the phone, greet visitors, file, and any other duties as required by the management.

Candidates should be able to work in a team-based environment as necessary to effectively accomplish tasks.

Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, follow-up, and plan the workflow.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Book-keeping duties, such as:

Accounts payable, Invoice entry in Foundation Software, coordinate with accounting coordinator and management to address any other items.

Skills

Computer skills, WORD, Excel, and Outlook.

Ability to use or learn accounting software.

Highly organized and detail oriented.

Self-starter who self-directs and manages well without constant supervision.

Strong work ethic.

Pay: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour
