Overview
Are you detail-orientated, organized, and customer-oriented? Join our Team as an MLS (Multiple Listing Service)/Office Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and maintain accurate listing data in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) system.
Ensure all listings are up-to-date, complete with MLS guidelines and policies.
Manage entry and updates of property data into various systems.
Assist with general office tasks including answering the phone, data entry, document management, and data base management.
Provide ongoing support for MLS-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
Various administrative tasks.
Requires attending after hours-events – After 5’s, Annual Installation Banquet, etc., or coming into work early on occasion.
Qualifications
Previous experience with MLS platforms and real estate in general, preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook 365), and Cloud based applications.
Ability to work independently while also being an integral part of a collaborative team environment.
Familiarity with real estate terminology is a plus.
Customer service experience, preferred.

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
