We are looking for an organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Administrative Coordinator to support our team, enhance daily operations, and ensure efficiency in administrative tasks. This position is primarily remote, but some administrative meetings are conducted in person.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the administrative team, ensuring smooth handling of calls, emails, and scheduling requests.
Facilitate weekly administrative meetings, some conducted in person.
Coordinate administrative tasks and workflows to maintain efficiency within the practice.
Support clinicians with scheduling, documentation, and client communication.
Assist with billing tasks, reports, and payment tracking.
Utilize technology to improve processes and maintain organized systems.
Handle documentation requests for insurance companies, clients, and community partners, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Collaborate with leadership to support organizational goals and administrative effectiveness.

Assist with website updates and social media management (preferred but not required).

Qualifications

Experience in administrative support, healthcare, or mental health settings (preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, with the flexibility to attend occasional in-person meetings.
Familiarity with insurance billing for commercial and Medicaid (preferred).
Proficiency with spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and other administrative technology.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.
