KFA Business School is hiring an Assistant Program Coordinator – BBA to support academic operations and enhance student and faculty experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operations: Manage daily academic/admin activities.
  • Admin Support: Schedule classes, maintain records.
  • Student Services: Handle queries, monitor progress, assist with registration.
  • Faculty Support: Coordinate grading, guest lectures, and workshops.
  • Event Management: Organize academic events and sessions.
  • Coordination: Ensure smooth communication across all stakeholders.
  • Research Assistance: Support academic writing and publication projects.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Education, or related field
  • 1+ year in academic/admin coordination or student services
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
