Peabody Properties seeks an experienced Assistant Property Manager for a new apartment community currently in lease-up in Hyde Park, MA.

The ideal candidate will have prior marketing, leasing, and lease-up experience, and be knowledgeable in all aspects of site operations, rent collection, work order processing, preparation of turnover, LIHTC program compliance, and resident relations. Duties also include, but are not limited to, initial and interim certifications, property inspections, and administrative functions.

Requirements of the Position:

High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years related property management experience, including recertification, clerical, and administrative support.

Knowledge of affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, federally-assisted, and all State and local housing regulations.

Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize.

Solid administrative, organizational, computer, marketing, and resident relations skills.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.

Extensive knowledge of One Site; proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

LIHTC experience is required.
