Key Responsibilities

Daily Sales Operation and Trade Management Support.

-Weekly, Monthly monitoring and Co work with PM and APM for Promotion Registration, validation and Result analysis.

-Management reports and Monthly Closing Verifications.

Budget Management and Forecast

-Manage Rolling forecast as per HQ instructions

-Budgeting and utilization reports, guide to Management for Risk and adhere to HQ Policies.

– Estimate Monthly expectations, and verify the key Indicators for KPI.

Customer Reconciliation

– Promotions, Claim and Monthly accrual reconciliation with Customer for Risk management.

– Sell out reports and actual Result verification

Banking

– WPS , payroll and vendor payments

– Inter bank transfers, Monthly reconcile. Expenses, AP, Cost verification / Analysis Claims For Expenses Invoice booking such as Edicom, Audit, etc.

TB and GL check for Cost related verification,and report the fluctuation reasons

Monthly Cost accrual setup, Anlayse and report the Trend.
