We are in search of a forward-thinking Executive Assistant, whose role will be central to advancing our vision of innovation and growth. You will work closely with our CEO, providing strategic support to spearhead new initiatives and drive future projects that align with our mission. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our operational efficiency and fostering collaborative innovation.

Responsibilities:

Strategic administrative support: Focus on preparing visionary documents, drafting forward-looking communications, and maintaining records that align with our long-term goals and activities

Meeting management with a future focus: Organize meetings with an emphasis on future planning, documenting discussions that shape our strategic direction.

Championing new ventures: Actively seek, evaluate, and manage new business opportunities, while ensuring the seamless operation of existing services.

Maintaining a visionary record system: Keep corporate records that not only track our current status but also help forecast our future trajectory.

Project leadership: Show strong project management skills, with a focus on developing, implementing, and leading projects that contribute to our short and long-term objectives.

Dynamic communication and liaison: Manage communications with a range of stakeholders, ensuring alignment with our future projects.

Supplier and resource foresight: Research and negotiate with suppliers with a focus on long-term partnerships and strategic investments.

Financial stewardship: Handle payments iand reports with an eye towards future financial planning and sustainability.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in roles requiring foresight and strategic planning.
A proactive, visionary mindset.
Advanced project management skills, capable of leading initiatives from concept to fruition.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to forward-thinking accuracy.
Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple future-oriented tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both for immediate needs and long-term relationship building.
Proficiency in managing schedules and meeting future deadlines.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Reliable transportation for reaching the workplace and future-oriented engagements as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
