Position: Assistant to the Director of Parish Plus
Position Description
The Assistant to the Director of Parish Plus is a full-time, year-round, staff position reporting directly to the Director of Parish Plus. The major responsibility of the position is to provide administrative support for Parish Plus and excellent customer service for its constituents.

- Be a liaison for all inquiries and incoming communications regarding Parish Plus.
- Provide excellent customer service to current and potential Parish Plus families.
- Greet and manage Parish Plus visitors.
- Manage the Parish Plus master calendar and use shared task management tools.
- Manage shared documents in Microsoft Office, including extensive spreadsheets and program records.
- Maintain up to date program schedules to support smooth operations and accurate communication.
- Collect and process essential documents related to Parish Plus programs and registrations.
- Maintain front-line staff attendance and time records and arrange for substitutes as needed.
- Maintain and update student, family, faculty, staff, and vendor data.
- Run recurring reports in the Parish Plus student management system.
- Assist with material preparation for classes and camps.
- Assist with preparation for performances, program kick-offs, and other large events.
- Print and distribute operational and promotional materials as directed.
- Inventory, order, distribute supplies for all programs and manage shared supplier accounts.
- Coordinate Parish Plus team events.
- Maintain positive and open communications with other Parish divisions, faculty, and staff.
- Adhere and aspire to Parish Plus statements of mission and philosophy.
Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or high school diploma and a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar position.
- 2 or more years’ experience & high‑level expertise with Microsoft Office applications in a work environment.
- Working in an educational environment, with preference for experience in independent or Episcopal schools.
