Position Overview
We are seeking a self-motivated individual to support our Practice Administrator. The ideal candidate will have the proven ability to handle multiple tasks associated with supporting the Administrator across various functions. This role requires excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist the Practice Administrator in daily operations and administrative tasks.
· Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the Administrator.
· Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
· Coordinate and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
· Provide support to other team members and work independently when required.
· Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all tasks performed.
· Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
