Abry Brothers is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide support for our Residential and Commercial shoring divisions. This role is pivotal in supporting our Sales and Project Management teams by efficiently handling a broad spectrum of administrative duties.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to Sales/Project Managers by setting up start packs for scheduled leads and assisting in formatting and delivering estimates and contracts.
Track the progress of open leads and projects in our CRM portal to ensure seamless execution of contracts and maintain organized documentation.
Oversee project setup processes and coordinate with accounting and project managers to communicate job-related information clearly.
Oversee the Subcontractor Portal track and report incoming invoices to accounting.
Communicate with clients to ensure seamless execution of contracts and maintain organized documentation.
We utilize custom software for our customer and product management. You will be the point person with the developers in the event that we encounter a bug or request a feature change.
Assist in maintaining compliance with OSHA & Safety regulations.
Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.
Prepare and deliver daily performance reports and progress updates.

Qualifications:

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent, with an Associate’s degree or higher in construction or construction engineering fields preferred.
At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably within a construction or technical environment. Motivated beginners with less experience are also encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Strong communication, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively under pressure, with a strong work ethic and integrity.
Must be a team player, able to work semi-independently, and possess a professional demeanor to represent the company positively.
