Administrative/Office support experience preferred but not required for this Industrial Service Company’s office position. The preferred candidate would have Microsoft knowledge/experience (Word/Excel), have experience in a fast- paced office environment, is a self-starter, can work productively alone at times, has an invoicing background/experience, skilled with answering phones and managing email, taking detailed messages and delivering those messages to management staff. Possesses good interfacing skills with clients and has the desire to expand their skills.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
