The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing diverse planning and administrative functions for the Richmond-based Executive members of the Leadership Team. Seeking candidates with a minimum of three years’ experience in an Executive administrative position. High school diploma or equivalent.

Requirements for the Executive Administrative Assistant position include:

Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Must be a strong communicator with excellent oral and communication skills.
Must be able to multi-task, including work under pressure and handle multiple projects in an organized, timely manner.
Must be well organized with the ability to prioritize workload while providing excellent customer service.
Have strong attention to detail.
Proficient with all Microsoft Office products.
Strong mathematical skills.
Self-starter able to work with limited supervision.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Physical requirements must be met for the Executive Administrative Assistant job, including regularly being required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. Employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
