Plus précisément, vos principales responsabilités consisteront à :
Gestion documents (demandes) entrants.
Traitement du courrier reçu par poste, courriel, télécopie, etc.
Numérisation.
Compléter les informations relatives à la mise à jour de ces derniers dans les systèmes de suivi internes.
Classement électronique des documents entrants.
Traitement des demandes clients électroniquement ; rapport, courriel, etc.
Gestion documents (demandes) sortants.
Impression de documents.
Compléter les informations relatives à la mise à jour de ces derniers dans les systèmes de suivi internes.
Envois par la poste, courriel, etc.
Classement électroniquement des documents sortants.
Traitement des demandes clients électroniquement ; rapport, courriel, etc.
Toutes autres tâches connexes.
Votre profil :
Avoir au moins une année d’expérience dans un poste administratif.
Connaître les logiciels Word, Excel, PDF, Outlook, Teams.
Être bilingue (Français intermédiaire et anglais fonctionnel).
Gérer ses priorités selon des échéanciers serrés.
Avoir un sens poussé de l’organisation.
Un grand souci du détail et de l’initiative.
