Full Job Description

New Windsor Pediatrics and Family Care is looking for a full time assistant office manager.

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Implement office policy and procedures.

Be responsible for assisting in overseeing staff, including receptionist and nurses

Overseeing daily schedule ensuring appointments are scheduled appropriately

Create biweekly schedule for receptionists

Assist in answering telephone and making appointments

Assist with computer issues by calling IT or ECW

Helping to monitor medical supply level

Help address and resolve employee or patient concerns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • New Windsor, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
