Overview
Provide administrative support in a professional, confidential and organized manner.
Responsibilities
Daily reconciliation of local routes
Daily reconciliation of Full Service routes
Daily distribution of reports to appropriate location personnel
Maintain daily route paperwork in an organized manner
Update and maintain recovered proof of delivery paperwork
Ability to provide requested documents to AR in a timely manner
Complete period-end reporting and reconciliation
Local level processing and reconciliation of donation requests and employee sales
Customer Service
Working with centralized partners for various needs at the location level
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 – $58,950.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Experience in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
Position is heavy in Excel tasks
Prior administrative experience
Cash and check handling
Attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to work independently
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Customer service experience
