Role Description The Associate role at Better Eyes is a full-time, on-site position based in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area. The Associate will support daily front-office and patient service operations, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and responding to inquiries in a clear and professional manner. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, assisting with check-in/check-out processes, and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow. The Associate will also help manage basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and handling routine correspondence. This role involves regular interaction with patients and team members, requiring a consistent focus on service, organization, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and respectfully with patients and colleagues.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple tasks, prioritizing work, and meeting deadlines in a busy environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., email, scheduling systems, electronic records) and willingness to learn new software tools.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to provide accurate information, document interactions, and support internal coordination.

- Ability to work on-site full time in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
