Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Associate role located in Vancouver, BC. The Associate will assist with operational support, coordinate patient-care activities, manage administrative duties, and provide exceptional client service. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with team members on projects, ensuring the smooth operation of daily workflows, and maintaining accurate records. The Associate will also support the organization’s vision for delivering holistic care by streamlining practice efficiency and upholding professional standards.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with administrative tasks, record management, and office coordination
- An understanding of or interest in healthcare, naturopathic medicine, and biological dentistry
- Proficiency with technology, including office software and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Customer service experience, with a focus on delivering patient-centered care
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, is preferred
- Prior experience in a healthcare or dental environment is an asset
