Responsibilities
Provide general clerical support, including filing & data entry
Manage calendars and schedules for assigned staff
Customer & Vendor Coordination in admin related tasks
Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking
Assist with transportation arrangement and maintaining transportation log sheets
Compose and format professional documents (letters, emails)
Engage with admin related tasks of the outside vendors
Research and compile information as assigned
Maintain office supplies and equipment
Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements
G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification or equivalent is acceptable
Proficiency in Sinhala, English, and Tamil will be considered an asset
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets)
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a desire to contribute to a team environment
Flexible to work extended hours and during the weekends
Includes physical tasks and some off-site travel
