JOB OVERVIEW:

We are currently searching for dedicated Data Entry Admins to join our team. The Data Entry Admin ensures timely processing and accuracy of the Data Entry Process utilizing SAMS, HCSIS, MAXe, CIS, Compass, and Outlook.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Enrollment & Eligibility (E&E) Back Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Pennsylvania Independent Enrollment Broker (IEB) program. This position is focused on administrative responsibilities such as processing paperwork, uploading documentation, and following up with providers to ensure accurate and timely handling of applicant files. While the role transitions to remote work, initial training typically takes place onsite in Harrisburg, PA.

Due to the nature of the work and our contract with our client, all selected individuals must undergo the following: Background checks shall include a social security number verification, criminal history search and MedScan. The criminal search covers all cities/counties the candidate resided in over the past 7 years (based on given addresses and those developed from social security number verification), with such information limited to period of shorter duration where required by applicable state law. Where applicable, this shall include a CORI search. Searches include the National Criminal Records File, which cross reference the sexual offender registry, along with county and federal criminal records.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma (or GED Equivalence) required. Associate degree is preferred. At least one (1) year of related experience preferred. Intermediate to advanced skill level in use of personal computers and related software applications such Microsoft Access, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel. Ability to use 10-key by touch with a high level of accuracy. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment. Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for entering program document data from various source documents into a computer system. Using HCSIS and SAMS
2. Enter appropriate data into computer programs utilizing SAMS, HCSIS, MAXe, CIS, and Outlook.
3. Assist in Waiver-to-Waiver transfers, Nursing Home transition cases, and Special Cases for Consumers turning 21 years of age.
4. Meet production goals for daily assigned cases.
5. Produce and maintain data reports and alert management of inconsistencies or issues
6. Perform database queries to assist with analysis and report issues when appropriate and necessary
7. Interpret, select, or code items to be entered from a variety of document sources
8. Verify data entries for accuracy and completeness
9. Undertake special projects; provide periodic and consistent information to management for each phase of the assigned project
10. Perform audits of own work and or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures
11. Participate in task-oriented groups representing the interests of the area and provide information necessary to address and resolve potential issues
12. Provide support to various project stake holders
13. Perform other duties as may be assigned by executive management.

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
At least one (1) year of administrative or data entry experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
Accurate 10-key data entry skills
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a structured environment

TRAINING & WORK SETUP

Training is typically conducted onsite in Harrisburg, PA
After training, the role transitions to a remote work-from-home position

REMOTE WORKING REQUIREMENTS:

Private workspace with a door for confidentiality
Desk and ergonomic chair
High-speed internet (Minimum: 20 Mbps download & upload)
Wired Ethernet connection (Cat 5 cable)
No sole responsibility for dependent care during work hours
Participation in virtual training and meetings with camera enabled

After successfully completing a probationary period of 120 days, we have an excellent benefits package, full insurance, and benefits on the first of the month following the end of the probation period. We also have a bonus structure for all employees
