Office manager for Commercial Real Estate company. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meeting and other daily office operations. They should be comfortable making phone calls, answering inboud phone calls, respond to emails, and handling outgoing mail. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. They will intercept monthly rent checks and make deposits at banks. They should also posses a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office staff and visitors, and support Brokers and Agents as needed.
